No person shall sell through a food establishment any food or beverage or substances which is unwholesome, adulterated or misbranded. Provided, however, that the term
MISBRANDED
as used in this chapter does not mean a meal item, prepared to an individual recipe, that is denominated by commonly-accepted menu terminology.
