§ 113.54 PROCEDURE WHEN DISEASE SUSPECTED.
   The Health Commissioner may require any or all of the following measures when he/she has probable cause to determine that there exists a reasonable possibility of the transmission of disease from any food establishment:
   (A)   The immediate exclusion of all persons determined to be possible carriers or transmitters of any communicable disease from any and all food establishments.
   (B)   The immediate closure of the affected food establishment until the Health Commissioner determines that no further danger of disease transmission exists.
   (C)   The medical examination of any person determined to be a possible carrier or transmitter of the disease, and the person's associates, to such extent as may be deemed necessary to satisfy the Health Commissioner that the termination or absence of the disease can be made to a reasonable medical certainty.
