§ 113.53 INFECTED PERSONS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person who has a communicable or infectious disease such as an open wound, boil, acute respiratory infection, vomiting or diarrhea caused by an infection or gastrointestinal illness, or any other symptoms of a communicable disease, shall work in a food establishment, or temporary food service or market establishment in any capacity in which epidemiological evidence indicates the person may be capable of spreading the disease.
   (B)   If the manager or person in charge of the food establishment has reason to believe that any employee has contracted any communicable disease or has become a carrier of such disease, he/she shall notify the Health Commissioner immediately.
