A permit shall be issued subsequent to application and inspection upon determination by the Health Commissioner that the permittee has complied with all the applicable provisions of this chapter, tendered the appropriate permit fee hereinafter specified, and after inspection and approval by the appropriate Building Department and Fire Department.
