§ 101.12 NOTICE TO CITY AND OTHER OFFICIALS.

   Immediately upon issuance of a public assembly, parade, neighborhood association parade or block party permit, the Clerk of the Board of Public Works shall send a copy thereof to the following:

   (A)   The Mayor;

   (B)   The City Attorney;

   (C)   The Fire Chief;

   (D)   The Director of Public Safety;

   (E)   The Postmaster; and

   (F)   The manager or responsible head of each public transportation utility, the regular routes of whose vehicles will be affected by the route of the proposed public assembly, parade, neighborhood association parade or block party.
