§ 101.10 ALTERNATIVE PERMIT.
   (A)   The Director of Public Safety and the Director of Public Works, in denying an application for a public assembly, parade, neighborhood association parade or block party permit, may authorize the conduct of the public assembly, parade, neighborhood association parade or block party at a date, time, location or route different from that named by the applicant. An applicant desiring to accept an alternate permit, shall, within five days after notice of the action of the Director of Public Safety and the Director of Public Works, file a written notice of acceptance with the Office of the Board of Public Works.
   (B)   An alternate public assembly, parade, neighborhood association parade or block party permit shall conform to the requirements of, and shall have the effect of, a public assembly, parade, neighborhood association parade or block party permit issued under this chapter.
