The Fort Wayne-Allen County Health Department and the Fort Wayne Fire Department shall explain and clarify the purposes and requirements of this subchapter to citizens affected by it, and shall provide guidance to owners, operators and managers in their compliance with it, upon request of such explanation or guidance. Such explanation may include publication of a brochure for affected businesses and individuals explaining the provisions of this subchapter.
