§ 93.090 ANSWER TO COMPLAINT.

   (A)   Not later than ten days after receipt of notice and a copy of the complaint under § 93.089 (F)(3), respondent shall file an answer to the complaint.

   (B)   An answer must be:

      (1)   In writing; and

      (2)   In the form prescribed by the Commis- sion.

   (C)   An answer may be amended at any time.

   (D)   An answer does not inhibit the investigation of a complaint.
