(A) Creation of Government Access Channel Advisory Board. Management and programming of the Fort Wayne Government Access channel will act as the Editorial Board. The Board is comprised of one appointment by the Mayor, one appointment by Common Council, one appointment by the Fort Wayne City Clerk, and two appointments by Access Fort Wayne. The Editorial Board will direct the work of the Fort Wayne Governement Access coordinator, an employee of the Allen County Public Library. All terms will be for the duration of one year.
(1) The Advisory Board shall have the authority to generate programming and have authority over content.
(2) The Advisory Board shall have the authority to draft and approve bylaws that govern the policies and procedures of the station and programming.
(B) Reports. The Advisory Board shall submit a report as requested to all appointing bodies summarizing content, editoral decisions, and any policy or procedure updates.
