§ 75.04 CHAPTER SUPPLEMENTARY.

This article is in addition to any other existing federal, state or local law regulating the transportation of hazardous materials and is not intended to nor shall it grant any relief from any existing such law, but rather is intended to be in addition to the aforementioned.
