§ 115.54 UNLAWFUL PURCHASES.
   A pawn shop dealer shall not purchase item(s):
   (A)   From an individual less than 18 years of age;
   (B)   That the pawn shop dealer believes or should have reason to believe item is stolen property acquired as a result of a crime; or
   (C)   From an individual who appears to be or is intoxicated.
