§ 91.075 RABIES VACCINATION.
   (A)   Cats, dogs, and ferrets over the age of three months shall be vaccinated for rabies by a state-licensed veterinarian. Either one year or three year rabies vaccine may be used in accordance with Indiana Administrative Code. Cats and dogs shall wear current rabies tags at all times attached to a properly fitted leather or nylon collar or harness except as outlined in § 91.050(B).
   (B)   Community cats shall be vaccinated with a three year rabies vaccine, ear-tipped, microchipped, and documented with the Department and/or partnering Animal Welfare Organization prior to release.
