§ 73.24 CITY TRUCK AND EMERGENCY VEHICLES.
   The provisions of this chapter do not apply to trucks:
   (A)   Owned or operated by the city;
   (B)   Engaged in picking up solid waste pursuant to a contract with the city; or,
   (C)   Used as an ambulance, fire truck, or in a law enforcement capacity by any governmental agency or governmental unit.
