(A) Incorporation of miscellaneous non-recurring rates and charges. The charges set forth in the city’s schedule of miscellaneous non-recurring rates and charges approved by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission which may be applicable to sewage services, including, without limitation, the Bad Check Charge, Additional Trip Charge, Special Service Charge, and Service Call Charge, are incorporated into this chapter as if fully sel forth herein.
(B) Food service establishment surcharge.
