Renewal permits shall be applied for and issued in the above-mentioned manner and upon the same basis as original permits. For each renewal permit a fee shall be charged and paid to the City accounting clerk. Failure to apply for a renewal permit within 60 days of the expiration of the original or any subsequent permit shall result in a late fine.
