§ 30.06 DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT.
   The Department of Redevelopment controlled by a Board of five members to be known as the “Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission,” three of which members shall be appointed by the Mayor and two of which members shall be appointed by the Common Council is hereby established pursuant to IC 36-7-14.
