§ 30.02 ESTABLISHING SEPARATE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY.
   (A)   There shall be established, as separate boards in the city, a Board of Public Works and a Board of Public Safety.
   (B)   The appointments to the separate boards shall be made as provided for in IC 36-4-9-6.
