Within 10 days from the expiration date of the 25-day period referred to in the section above the bargaining unit and the city shall begin the process of selecting one Arbitrator (from a list of seven provided by the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service) by alternately eliminating names until one Arbitrator's name remains. Elimination procedure will be determined by drawing of lots and selection must be completed within 10 days from receipt of list from Federal Mediation and Conciliation service. The Arbitrator so elected shall be deemed the Arbitrator.
