(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty of not more than $300 for each offense. Each and every violation of the provisions of this chapter and each day that the same continues shall constitute a separate offense. ('74 Code, § 27-1) (Ord. G-14-79, passed 6-26-79)
(B) Any owner who violates any provision of §§ 156.25 through 156.39 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $500 for each violation.
