§ 156.38 VIOLATOR TO BE LIABLE FOR EXPENSES, LOSS OR DAMAGES.
   Any owner violating any of the provisions of this subchapter shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage occasioned by reason of such violation, including reasonable attorney fees and cost.
