§ 156.36 VIOLATIONS DECLARED A NUISANCE.
   The operation of any swimming pool which is contrary to any of the provisions of this subchapter is hereby declared to be a common nuisance and an unlawful violation of this subchapter; the owner of such swimming pool shall be liable for maintaining a common nuisance.
