(A) It shall be the duty of the Health Officer to enforce the provisions of this subchapter. Any permit issued in conflict with the provisions of this subchapter shall be null and void. A violation of an order issued by the Health Officer, Department or Board shall be considered to be a violation of this subchapter. ('74 Code, § 27-31(a))
(B) The Health Officer may initiate any procedures as he deems necessary for proper enforcement in order to carry out the purpose and intent of this subchapter. ('74 Code, § 27-32)
