§ 155.087 ENFORCEMENT.
   It shall be the duty and responsibility of the city through its Department of Community and Economic Development or successor agency and/or other applicable agencies to enforce the provisions of this chapter and any and all other provisions of this chapter as provided for under the laws of the state.
