(A) In the event that a survey error is found at any time after the recording of a secondary subdivision plat, the Director of Planning must be notified of such error in writing. Thereafter, the developer, or his/her successor, shall cause the error or omission to be corrected. Improvement location permits or any other building permits shall be withheld for any lot within the subdivision until such error or omission is corrected.
(B) The developer shall resubmit the corrected plat for re-recording. This submittal shall be accompanied by a written explanation of the error or omission, the action taken to make corrections, and the appropriate review/filing fee.
(C) All such plats submitted shall bear the title "A corrected secondary plat of (subdivision name)."
