§ 155.060 MINOR SUBDIVISION.
   Minor subdivisions shall have frontage on an existing improved non-arterial street, and shall not require the creation or extension of any water or sewer facility. Minor subdivisions may not exceed a total of six lots including the root parcel or original tract.
