§ 155.044 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT.

(A) All platted lands shall meet the minimum requirements of stormwater management and erosion control as established by the Water Pollution Control Engineering Department and/or its successors or assigns.

(B) Violation of this provision shall be enforced by Water Pollution Control Engineering and/or its successors or assigns.
