§ 155.006 CONSULTATION ENCOURAGED.

Prior to submission of a subdivision plat, the subdivider is encouraged to meet informally with staff. The purpose of this informal meeting is to discuss any concerns regarding the parcel of ground, or the ordinance requirements. This informal meeting should assist in establishing a channel of communications which should help expedite future submissions and revisions.
