§ 130.99 PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, where no other penalty is not otherwise provided, shall be adjudged to pay a fine of not morethan $2,500. Each day any violation of this code or of any ordinance shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 130.06 shall, upon conviction thereof, in a sum up to $2,500 and costs of prosecution. Each day a violation of § 130.06 continues constitutes a separate offense.
