§ 119.05 APPLICATION OF THE REQUIREMENTS IN THIS CHAPTER.

The requirements described in this chapter are applicable to the Grantee and all operators of cable television systems within the city subject to rate regulation according to the 1992 Cable Act and applicable FCC rules.
