For purposes of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ICE CREAM TRUCK. Every motor vehicle in which ice cream, ice milk, frozen dairy products or ice flavored with syrup is carried for purposes of retail sale on the streets of the city.
VEND or VENDING. Offering ice cream, ice milk, frozen dairy products or ice flavored with syrup for sale from a motor vehicle on the public streets of the city.
