§ 159.163 NONRESIDENTIAL USE LOTS IN RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS.
   (A)   The requirements for minimum lot size, as prescribed in this chapter, shall not apply to lots created for the sole purpose of allowing non-buildable land transfers.
   (B)   The uses of lots fitting this description are required for utility infrastructure, minor lot line adjustments or the sale of a portion of a parent lot. Lots created under this exception shall not be used for residential or commercial construction by themselves. The limitation on the use of any such lot shall be noted on the plat.
