§ 159.161 CONFORMING ONE- AND TWO-FAMILY DWELLINGS TO REGULATIONS OF RESPECTIVE DISTRICTS.
   All one-family or two-family dwellings shall conform to all regulations of their respective districts or to the regulations in the district which they are placed if they are more restrictive.
