Radio, television, microwave and other electronic transmission or receiving towers in excess of the height limits may be allowed in any district as a conditional use upon a finding by the Board of Adjustment and Appeals that topographic or other physical considerations make it necessary that they be located outside a district where they are permitted as a matter of right and that the proposed tower or towers will not be unduly detrimental to the surrounding property.
