§ 32.31 STANDING COMMITTEES.

   Standing committees of the City Council shall consist of four Council members, as follows:

   (A)   Finance Committee;

   (B)   Utilities Committee;

   (C)   Property and Parks Committee; and

   (D)   Personnel Committee.
