The developer shall install street identification signs at all intersections and along streets in accordance with specifications approved by the City Council and as required by the Director of Public Works or his or her designee. The city shall install all traffic signs before issuance of certificates of occupancy for any residences on the streets approved. Street name signs are to be placed at all intersections within or abutting the subdivision, the type and location of which is to be approved by the City Engineer or the Director of Public Works or his or her designee.
