Subsequent to the resolution of the Planning and Zoning Commission, three paper copies of the construction plans, one copy of the original subdivision plat on tracing cloth or reproducible Mylar and ten copies of the subdivision plat on paper shall be submitted to the City Council for final review. No final approval shall be endorsed on the plat until a review has indicated that all requirements of the resolution have been met.
