§ 158.077 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING.
   Upon receipt of the formal application and all accompanying materials, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall call a public hearing to be commenced not more than four weeks after the date of the application. The Director of Public Works or his or her designee shall submit a notice for publication in one newspaper of general circulation, to be published at least ten days prior to the commencement of the public hearing, and mail notices to all property owners at least ten days prior to the commencement of the public hearing. The Director of Public Works or his or her designee shall maintain file copies of the plat and construction plans for public review prior to the hearing. One sign shall be placed on the property in a visible location from the closest public road and flagged, lath placed in each of the corners of the proposed subdivision property at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
