If the land proposed for platting is a resubdivision, it shall require a preliminary plan and a plat of the resubdivision requiring the same review and approval procedures as the preliminary plan and the plat unless the resubdivision meets the requirements set forth in § 158.115 of this chapter. The Planning and Zoning Commission may waive the requirements for a preliminary plan if those requirements are met. Replats are subject to the requirements set forth in § 158.021 of this chapter.
