§ 158.022 DEVELOPMENT PROCESS.
   Proposed subdivision plats must be approved through either a two- or three-phase development process depending on their classification. Subdivisions classified as minor subdivisions require a sketch plat and a final subdivision plat. Subdivisions classified as major subdivisions require a sketch plat, a preliminary plat and a final subdivision plat.
