§ 157.61 RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION.

New construction and substantial improvement of any residential structure shall have the lowest floor (including basement) elevated to or above the base flood elevation or have a design provided by a registered professional engineer satisfying the requirements of § 157.62(A) through (C) of this chapter.
