§ 157.13 ADMINISTRATION BY DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS OR DESIGNEE.
   The Director of Public Works or his or her designee is hereby appointed to administer and implement this chapter by granting or denying development permit applications in accordance with its provisions.
