§ 156.40 SWIMMING POOLS/SPAS.
   (A)   Each swimming pool, spa or other similar recreational facility shall comply with requirements set forth in Department of Health state statutes.
   (B)   Swimming pools shall be grounded in accordance with the Electrical Code as adopted in § 150.02.
