§ 156.01 PURPOSE.
   (A)   The purpose of this chapter is to establish minimum standards for vacation homes operating within the jurisdiction of the city. The established standards are for the safety and welfare of the local residents, property owners, owners and customers of the vacation homes.
   (B)   This chapter is to support and enhance the laws and regulations of the state.
