§ 155.45 INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT.

A travel park shall be considered a commercial user. No travel park shall discharge wastewater to the wastewater facilities without having a valid industrial waste permit issued by the Director of Public Works. Industrial pretreatment shall be applied to the travel park, inclusive of the sewer services and any sewage dumping stations.
