(A) Mobile home units constructed after June 18, 1976, must conform and be maintained to the current manufactured home construction and safety standards established by Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Mobile homes constructed prior to June 18, 1976, must be maintained in a sound condition, weather-tight and habitable. All mobile homes must be inspected and be in compliance with this section prior to placement.
(B) All mobile homes must comply with the following requirements:
(1) The skirting, exterior walls and roof must be substantially weather-tight;
(2) Every exterior deck, stairway, and handrail must be maintained in safe and sound condition and in compliance with the current Building Code set forth in § 150.01; and
(3) The exterior of all mobile homes will be inspected annually.
