§ 153.22 SIGN REGULATIONS GENERALLY.
   (A)   Political candidate signs up to 32 square feet in size shall be located in a business, commercial or industrial zone or may be displayed at the principal campaign headquarters of a lawful political candidate at any time.
   (B)   Political candidate or election issue signs up to 32 square feet in size, when located on their own rented or owned space of a vacant lot in a business, commercial or industrial zone, may be displayed 30 days prior to an election but must be removed within 24 hours of the election day.
   (C)   With the permission of the property owner, or the property owner adjacent to the public right- of-way, political candidate or election issue signs may be placed on private property or in the boulevard area of the street right-of-way adjacent to private property for 30 days before any election, provided the signs do not exceed three square feet in area and are removed within seven days of the election day.
   (D)   With the permission of the adjacent property owner, political or election issue signs not exceeding 32 square feet in size and placed in a vehicle or on a trailer may park on public streets and in public parking lots for 30 days before any election, provided all parking regulations are met and the signs are removed within seven days of the election day.
   (E)   Political and election issue billboards may be displayed at any time in commercial- or industrial- zoned areas of the municipality.
