§ 30.04 APPOINTMENTS BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
   At the first regular meeting in May of each year, the Mayor shall recommend the appointment for City Attorney, Finance Officer, Chief of Police, Director of Public Works and such other officers as needed, subject to confirmation by the City Council.
