§ 115.09 FRANCHISE RENEWAL AND AMENDMENT.
   (A)   Renewal. Any renewal of a franchise shall be done in accordance with applicable federal law.
   (B)   Amendment. A grantee and grantor may agree, from time to time, to amend a franchise. Such written amendments may be made at any time.
