§ 11.02 WARDS AND PRECINCTS.
   (A)   Purpose. The purpose of this section is to establish the number and location of wards and precincts within the city.

   (B)   Wards.
      (1)   The city is hereby divided into three wards, and such shall be designated respectively as Ward One, Two and Three. The wards shall be described with certain street or avenue designations or other landmarks that border the wards. Any reference to a street or avenue below shall mean an imaginary line running down the approximate middle of each street or avenue.
      (2)   The wards of the city are set forth below and shown in the ward map thereof. Any discrepancies shall be resolved by reference to the ward map rather than the physical descriptions set forth herein. Any previous wards and precincts are replaced by those described herein and on the ward map.
         (a)   First Ward. All of that portion of the city enclosed by a line starting at the southern city limit line, wrapping to the western city limit line, north to Buffalo Road; then follow Buffalo Road to Far West Road, then east on Far West Road to Sale Barn Road; then south following Sale Barn Road until Highway 83, then south on Highway 83 until Second Avenue, then west three blocks on Second Avenue until Fourth Street; then south one block on Fourth Street until Main Avenue, then east on Main Avenue three blocks until Highway 83; then south on Highway 83 until the Bad River, then follow the Bad River to the eastern city limit line; then south on the eastern city limit line until it connects to the southern city limit line, ending at the starting point.
         (b)   Second Ward. All that portion of the city enclosed by a line starting at the eastern city limit line adjacent to the railroad that lies north of Royal Court, going south along the eastern city limit line until Main Avenue, then wrapping around the north side of the Bad River to Highway 83; then north on Highway 83 until Main Avenue, then three blocks west on Main Avenue until Fourth Street, then north one block on Fourth Street until Second Avenue, then 3 blocks east on Second Avenue until Highway 83; then north on Highway 83 until Sale Barn Road; then west following Sale Barn Road until Far West Road, then west of Far West Road until Buffalo Road; then south on Buffalo Road to the west city limit line adjacent to Buffalo Road; then follow the west city limit line west and north until Highway 14, then east on Highway 14 until Laramie Trail; then north on Laramie Trail until Lindsay Trail, then east on Lindsay Trail until Black and Yellow Trail, then north on Black and Yellow Trail until Prairie Villa Trail; then east on Prairie Villa Trail to Highway 1806, then south on Highway 1806 until Highway 14; then east on Highway 14 until Waldron Street, then north on Waldron Street until the north entrance of Tiree Drive; then east on Tiree Drive until Jura Avenue, then east on Jura Avenue to Iona Street; then south on Iona Street to Islay Avenue, then east on Islay Avenue to Skerrols Street; then south on Skerrols Street to Highway 14, then east on Highway 14 until the railroad tracks adjacent to Royal Court; then follow the railroad tracks until it connects to the eastern city limit line, ending at the starting point.
         (c)   Third Ward. All that portion of the city enclosed by a line starting at the northern city limit line, wrapping to the eastern city limit line, south to the railroad; then follow the railroad southwest to Highway 14, then west on Highway 14 to Skerrols Street; then north on Skerrols Street to Islay Avenue, then west on Islay Avenue until Iona Street; then north on Iona Street to Jura Avenue, then west on Jura Avenue to Tiree Drive; then north on Tiree Drive until Waldron Street, following Waldron Street south until Highway 14; then west on Highway 14 until Highway 1806; then north on Highway 1806 until Prairie Villa Trail, then west on Prairie Villa Trail until Black and Yellow Trail; then south on Black and Yellow Trail to Lindsay Trail, then west on Lindsay Trail until Laramie Trail; then south on Laramie Trail until Highway 14, then west on Highway 14 to the western city limit line; then north on the western city limit line until it connects to the northern city limit line, ending at the starting point.

   (C)   Precincts. Each ward within the city shall consist of one precinct, with boundaries and designations identical to the boundary and designation of the ward in which the precinct is situated.
