A person or persons in violation of this chapter shall be fined in accordance with the following table:

Person, persons or entities who are licensed to sell fireworks that are found to be selling fireworks during nonpermitted hours or days | $1,000 per day the licensed persons, persons or entity sells during nonpermitted hours or days and immediate loss of license to sell firework in the city for a period of one year from the date of violation |
